Applications:

CONTROL PANEL:

Our 10000 sq ft panel manufacturing facility located on site with our engineering office can manufacture and test control panels for a variety of applications, from junction boxes to control suites.

Skilled wireman and test technicians manufacture and test all control panels whether designed in-house or as 'build only' to your designs.

Whether a single panel or 'production line' multiple panels, our facilities are efficient and offer quality of workmanship. All panel manufacture is rigorously tested and the test results recorded and delivered along with the panel.

Our dedicated test area provides a comfortable environment for Factory Acceptance Testing. For control systems, we have dedicated hardwired simulators that replicate many field instruments and devices to allow a thorough simulation test of both hardware and software prior to delivery to site and clients are always welcome to visit the premises during manufacture and testing.

System Design & Integration

ELECTRICAL DESIGN:

Our engineers provide a detailed electrical design service using EPLAN, PROMIS and C.A.D. systems. All designs are verified by an engineer prior to issue to a client. Once approved for manufacture, then the designs are passed to the panel manufacturing facility for construction.

Our engineers use the latest codes and practices for electrical design and can operate within your specifications as required.

AC, DC SERVO DRIVES:

Tej experience includes large DC and AC drives in multi-drive applications in the various industries.

We are at the forefront of new drive technologies, working closely with all the major manufacturers to ensure that our knowledge is always up to date.

Our engineers use the latest codes and practices for electrical design and can operate within your specifications as required.

PLC PROGRAMMING:

The development and documentation of PLC software can be a challenging exercise. Our experienced engineers are proficient in PLC software development and can" code" software from a variety of sources (functional description, flowchart, function block diagram) to a number of standards (IEC1131 Part 3 for example).

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA):

Even the best PLC control system can benefit from a well-tuned developed operator interface.

We have provided operator interfaces from simple Windows® CE based Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) for OEM equipment to bespoke multi terminal Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) workstations on a variety of software platforms from Unix®, Windows® NT, Windows® 2000 and more recently Windows® XP.

Our specialists can provide a whole host of options that are now becoming the norm for SCAD A systems:
